Refund Policy

Because the Scouting Report is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final once the PDF has been generated and delivered.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund if any of the following occur:

1. The PDF failed to generate after a successful payment and you did not receive your report. Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a refund or attempt to regenerate the report.

2. You were charged but never received the report due to a technical error on our end.

3. Duplicate charges for the same purchase.

When Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will not be issued because you did not enjoy the content, disagreed with the AI-generated comparison, or found the report less detailed than expected. Sample content and clear product descriptions are available on the homepage prior to purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@nbacompfinder.com from the email address used at checkout. Include your Stripe receipt or transaction ID. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are nearly always able to resolve the issue directly.
